The Role

This is a key role in leading effective recruitment coordination for all Business Services and Legal staff.

 

Key responsibilities

Please note the below list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and you will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of this position.

  • With the relevant HR Manager gather detailed information, write job descriptions and obtain approvals for the role requirement then accurately share this information to the external recruitment agents
  • Be the key contact and develop strong relationships with the recruitment agents
  • Add job adverts to our Allhires recruitment portal and ensure all relevant parties have access.
  • Liaise with internal managers and partners as well as recruitment agents on applications, feedback and keep all parties (including the relevant HR Manager) updated on progress
  • Check, shortlist and circulate CVs to managers/partners from our Allhires recruitment portal
  • Smooth coordination of interviews with diary management, room bookings, setting up case studies and ensuring all relevant staff are prepared and informed
  • Support with successful onboarding, including background checks, system set up and the creation of induction programmes
  • Support with managing shared mailboxes, answering and forwarding queries accordingly
  • Firmwide administration support
  • Where applicable, setup standard recruitment terms for agencies via Docusign
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience of recruitment Ideally in a law firm/professional service but a similar environment is essential
  • Experienced in working in a specialist, nuanced recruitment environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to learn new IT systems, internal processes, and procedures
  • Experience of recruitment systems, ideally Allhires but not essential
